Frequently Asked Questions

Are all of your services covered by insurance?

Our services are private pay, meaning you are responsible for the out-of-pocket cost. However, both group and individual programs will have a written report, called a “Super Bill”, available for you to submit to insurance if you so choose. It is then up to insurance-discretion on how much they may cover as an “Out-of-Network” cost. We will provide you with an invoice for each group or individual occupational therapy session and Super Bill with codes upon request. We recommend staying in contact with your provider about details on your specific plan.
